CornCobbers 3D has now been rexognized as the first ever FPS. Although it was not much, it had everything that was requried to spawn off a genre.

What do I am to do? Nothing really, just that there is nothing new under the sun, but Bungie did it better, and the ideas which were used are only now being picked up on (second trigger etc.) and the moves in Oni are very similar to the Adrenaline (or ephernephrine to the rest of us) manuvers in UT2003.

Imagine the ass kicking if it had of been released on PC - ID would be no more.
