Durandal, I'm glad to hear you say that. Taking on a project like resurrecting Marathon is no small undertaking - it's going to be impossible to please everyone. But from your words it seems like you have your head and your heart in the write place. You understand where to draw the line between gameplay and reinstantiating how the original Marathon did it.
Go to town with the thing - I trust that this team will make a damned good mod and still have it be Marathon :)
