While I don't condone warez, I do have some sympathy. There should be a file in the system directory called
UnrealTournament.ini(or something like that). All you need to do is delete some lines in it that have ServerPackages=Whatever its asking for. Or you could be lazy and just delete the file(it'll autogenerate a new one). You may have to redo some config stuff, however. Hope this helps, and sorry if someone else already helped you out.
