SPEAK YOUR MIND

"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free to move?"

"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course, the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom, as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning. Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

: Ill settle for an upgrade of this total conversion to UT
: 2004 :-)

Think of how the textures would look in Unreal Engine 3 with all it's extrusion maps and so on that gives the otherwise completely flat wall depth when being lit up and looked at etc :P
*drools at the thought*

: Its a real shame how badly UT 99 works on Mac OS X and on
: Windows under a Nvidia card (at least on my friends
: computer).

Yeah, I'm playing it on my pc in Windows Vista with a AMD Ahtlon 64 X2 3.0ghz Dualcore and a ASUS Extreme EN8800GTX at 1280x1024 and the game still dips to less than 10 fps in some areas with lots of volumetric fog. (and also for some reason now won't let me choose 1600x1200 as resolution anymore since yesterday)
