Couch Fishing, Objectives Incomplete/Complete

I may be getting a tad ahead of myself here, but in the map Couch Fishing, the objective is to hit the three switches to prevent Durandal from gaining control of the MADDs. If get to the end terminal without hitting all three terminals Leela gives you an "incomplete" message on the final terminal. I'm not really sure how I can trigger it such that the player is required to activate all three terminals before the final terminal text appears. Any ideas?
