SPEAK YOUR MIND
"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free
to move?"
"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as
metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course,
the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom,
as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning.
Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

: It seems that is not the sum of our problems. I
: downloaded Colony ship for sale and when I imported
: the t3d I was unpleasently surprised to find out that
: it was just a big square!
Captain remembered, and it seems that you have to make sure you're not importing it as a brush, but rather as a map.
: Please get back to me as I realy want to get cracking on
: these bad boys. I noticed over half the maps are not
: done. We need to fix this. So am super motivated and
: ready to rock. But without the conversions that map

: hate to see that happen! (partly because I dont know
: he original maps all that well) I reckon this project
: could and should be released before the end of next

: to do. Damn even a summer release should be possible
: Come on guys lets do it! (heh, the lazy man

Heh this is pretty much the wall that we've been hitting, and I'm hoping that some momentum picks up. Some of you have already started and that's fantastic. Mr. Tozt's progress is a huge help in getting people motivated. It is true that all that's necessary to finish M:R are these SP maps. Yes we can add things to it ad-nauseaum, but wether that happens or not is secondary. M:R already includes some things we considered "fluff" so the non-map part of things is pretty much done. As we get closer to completing these maps I'm hoping to get some other behind the scenes stuff set up, but I can't even start discussing this until a clear end is in sight...so keep at it!
