Try using the services found at www.dhs.org : it's free! I use it for my ftp server (for my work/school stuff) and it works well. They give you a sub-domain name (ex: mr.dhs.org) and a little proggy that check your IP and upload it to them, so your address always refert to your comp. If you don't have capped conections, maybe that can help you doing the impossible: putting M:R servers online.
