Pretty much the same as for UT in general - except that you don't need a bitchin' graphics card. You do still need some CPU horsepower and a rather decent network connection. 192MB RAM minimum, >500MHz cpu clock and DSL should work pretty well. However, you cannot run a UT server behind NAT or behind any non-lame firewall.
