I'm not on a mac and the mouse is just right in Windows and Counter-Strike (all the 5 buttons work).It is really a UT problem, not knowing mouse with more than 3 buttons. I looked in the user.ini in the system folder of UT where their is the settings for keys, and there is only 3 values:

Leftmouse
Rightmouse
Middlemouse

So, I'm hopeless?
