I have the same mouse, and the two extra buttons work on in UT. i have one configured as action for MR. well if you got the cd with intellipoint you could try installing that if it isnt already on and running. its installed on mine and my buttons work in UT. also if you cant get it to work no matter what if you use the WASD format for movement you can make Q and E select best weapon and select translocator (well in UT anyways) thast what i do and it works great
