Hey,
Been playing M:R a bit now and I must say you did an amazing job with this. I've been having a blast so far, and have a few bugs to report.
Magnums not working right as described before.
The Rose: the first shield recharger is a 3x
The final terminal also showed the success message and allowed me to leave before I even went up to the rose part.
Smells Like Napalm: why is there a Fusion pistol in the beginning?
Also, the shield recharger in the tunnels doesn't have any sound, but otherwise works fine.
The only other thing, I think there really should be some form of map. The security camera thing is pretty neat and I think you should keep it, but it doesn't provide anything on how to get there or where it actually is. If possible I think you should take the same maps from the original and put them in the terminals, because the layouts seem almost exactly the same.
Anyways, great game and congratulations on a job well done!
