Hi,
There's a chat channel that's dedicated to Marathon net gaming. If you do a search on this forum, you'll find additional info on it, but here's a brief explanation:
When you select "find internet games," you'll see a tab called "chat." Click on that. The default server should be "irc.utchat.com" and the default channel (think of a channel as a room) should be "#utgames." Go ahead and click on connect. Next, type the following (without quotes): "/join #marathon" This will take you to (duh) channel #marathon. Players will be listed on the right hand column. Once you've joined #marathon once, you may select it as your default channel in the server/channel window by using the pop-up menu.
