plotting the points in excel... i think I can make out the US Canada & Mexico:
it seems to me that point 8 might be LA or San Diego, 7 San Francisco, 2 NY... this is at best a wild guess... :)
I think I'll look into it, though... but if this were true then I have no idea what the 120 means...
