SPEAK YOUR MIND

"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free to move?"

"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course, the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom, as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning. Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

: Nope. The levels, to the PC world, frankly, are boxy
: corridors, little eye candy and look like they were
: done 7 years ago. Which is why we're designing new
: maps.

Yet Hobeaux's Route 66, Duality and Grendel's Happy Cookie are full of eye candy and can easily be played with MR (renaming the maps works). I found it funny though as I heard someone complaining about too much eye candy and too little FPS on cookie - must be some old mac graphics card :)
