SPEAK YOUR MIND
"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free
to move?"
"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as
metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course,
the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom,
as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning.
Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

Enh. At least you got the download link right. I'm beginning to think that if people just don't get it, they just aren't going to get it -- noone whose gaming experience was fostered by things like Deck16 and Q3DM17 is going to well up with tears of joy when they see Waldo World Arena. There's a reason why Marathon isn't the number one (Mac) game these days, and it's not just because it's old.
I'm more annoyed, if that, by the Modsquad review. Some of the comments left me pretty baffled, and the whole thing just generally read like "Oh look, another mod of that Marathon game, like Rampancy" and kept on trying to draw comparisons between the two. It's like comparing the Mercedes M-Class with the BMW M Series; they both start with the letter M, so gosh, this must mean they're both the same kind of car...
