What Tycho said. M:R requires the original Unreal Tournament (UT99) not UT2004.

You can try looking around for a copy of Unreal Tournament / UTGOTYE. You can also look for Unreal Anthology (contains Unreal 1, Unreal 1 Expansion, Unreal Tournament, Unreal Tournament 2004, and Unreal 2), which, last I heard, is going for about $10 these days.

Don't take my word for it, but I've also heard that Unreal Tournament 3 may be shipping with Unreal Anthology included at select retailers.
