SPEAK YOUR MIND

"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free to move?"

"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course, the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom, as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning. Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

Thoughts as I play

Everyone's Mortal But Me: Are you not supposed to be able to step off the elevators?

The Fusion Pistol is AWESOME

Second trigger on MA-75 sometimes sounds right, sometimes sounds like a SPNKR

Nice Marathon music :)

No crosshair? Did M have this? I'll check the settings. Maybe it's turned off.

I can be seen w/invisibility.

Using a SB Live! on a PC - true surround sound playing Marathon. Whoo!

Two handguns - need to use second trigger to fire both. UT vets might not like this. Marathon vets will.

Running over weapons doesn't pick up ammo.

I love the recoil on the weapons.

Wrath No More - annoying hum in the center of the map.

Played a practice session for a while and started up a saved mod game. Ran through the rest of "Arrival" and then started level 2. It became a net game. Bots spawned like crazy at the spawn point. They're still going at it :)
