Pfhor should be Ninja! Well, they do carry sticks don't they. We can have the Sammo Hung Pfhor, and the Jackie Chan Pfhor, as well as the Jet Lee Pfhor, and shit, for good measure: a whole ton of Samuari Pizza Cat Pfhor.
Seriously, the Pfhor are slave-drivers, and slave-drivers aren't Ninja. And making something at under 500 polys...bloody tough. And before you say it - this project isn't being moved to UT2004.
