No. The patch contains game fixes, and resources for volunteers to help us actually finish the remaining single player levels. You can enjoy the patch as a better version of your current M:R and there's certainly gameplay improvements both in single player and multiplayer, but there's no new single player map at this point. Read the recent forum posts for a more indepth explanation to the point of this patch.
