Um... no. Or at least I doubt it. I haven't looked at Keptin's ZP code, but from what I recall about the old ZeroPing mod it had to do with guessing whether or not you would have hit based upon what you were seeing when you fired (which would be based upon your ping). Clientside hitchecking means checking for hits based upon the client's point of view in time.
