Actually, I didn't. The real measurement for the green line-dot combo in the 6th circle is 56,34. However, since Tycho had indicated #6 was Baltimore, I cheated the numbers a little to match Grasshopper's numbers.
Somewhere back in the forum a week or so ago, one of the AIs said that the specific angles weren't all that exact, as they were eyeballed in the first place (I could be wrong here...), so I don't think the minutes can come from the angle measurements at all.
I figure the important info we need to use from the image are the angles, the placement of the dashes along the axes, and maybe the length of the connecting lines.
