Okay, so we're still not thinking big enough if we're thinking about the hemisphere. Yet it's not a star map. Earth is at the origin of this, whatever it is. And if we were seeing a real estate developer, he/she would tell us to buy. Could this have something to do with our own solar system? Or is that too big?
