Actually this does not look like a star map. (why are two quadrants almost empty, anyway?)
As already mentioned in another thread, there are two dots with the same distance from the middle (a red one, and a green one). So you could read it like this:
RED DOTS (distance from the middle)

125
the same is true for the green dots...likely a dead end for the starmap.
