SPEAK YOUR MIND

"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free to move?"

"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course, the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom, as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning. Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

: You might want to have a look at this: (you need the
: CHIME pligin, though)

: I tried to rotate the map to get the view as shown in the
: puzzle, yet it didnīt match... but itīs worth a shot.
: Anyway, the radius 120 could mean 120 (or 12) lightyears
: distance.

It just occurred to me that the puzzle may not be to use a map centered around Sol to find Tau Ceti, but possibly the other way around...i.e. the center of the concentric circles is Tau Ceti not Sol...that could explain the CHIME map not matching up. Also-I'm not an astronomer, but arent parsecs used to measure interstellar distances as well as lightyears?
