Hiya -- a thought occured to me. If people wanted to discuss the puzzle-solving business in real time, they could do so in the #marathon channel. Since not all people have Mirc/Ircle etc, perhaps you might consider putting a flash irc client that's configured for #marathon, sort of like the one on this website:
