Many people's work went into the actual making of the terminal. Someone did the flash, someone else did the terminal image, someone else did the sounds, someone else did the images displayed in the terminal, someone else had the idea..etc, and as such I can't speak for all of them. My simple answer would be that nobody would go crazy if you used part of that in a small personal project, but everybody would have a problem if you claimed it to be your own etc, and definitely do not do it for money.
