No, I have a 5 button mouse like you (I have a PC so the first 3 are normal system buttons mouse1.. etc.). The 4th and 5th ones default to "back" and "forward" (like an internet browser) which aren't real buttons, and they don't work real well (if at all) in games. So I set them to page up and page down, and still have some use for them outside of games. In M:R I would set terminal page up&down to Home and End if they didn't always change back to (keyboard) page up&down.
