It depend on what you are looking for. I like M:R better, but it's because I wanted a 3D marathon. Rampancy doesn't aim to bring the game to 3D, just the gameplay.

I desinstalled Rampancy just because there was a confict between the two. I had the Rampancy fists in M:R :/ and the game crashed when I was using them.
