They are doing more than just carbon copying Marathon, they are recreating it and adding their own touches, which I think so far are great. I cant wait for the final release, and I certainly think that the amount of time and trouble they must all be going to allows them the right to take some artistic and creative liscense on the original weapons.
Im sure everyone remembers the revolver/clip issue about the original pistol?
