My surname is Bennitt. Everyone's always spelling my name wrong, usually spelling it Bennett, and the worst was probably Benit. Benito seemed a logical derivation from that, being itself a name of Spanish origin.

Its also the first name of a certain Italian fascist dictator from the 1920s-1940s, but that's just a coincidence. Or is it?
