It's a pretty close to impossible situation to charge for this...
First, the M:R team has to decide to do it. Then, permission has to be granted from Bungie, then that has to be ok'd by big boy Microsoft, then, you have to go run and get permission from Epic, creators of Unreal Tounament...
Lot of conflicting interests there, not even close to be worth trying.
