Yes, the peformance issue might very well be a UT X thing. For the most part it works just fine, and while OS 9 still is on this machine, I haven't fired it up in OS 9 in ages, nor do I particularly want to. My concern was mostly for making sure people will get a playable map. If you have a machine that's not ultra fast that plays it well enough, that's good enough for me.
Can't wait to see it finished, and then more after that. If you're willing, and if maybe others pitch in (RedRadish? Are you still here? Hawk? Mr.Tozt? Barballs?), the SP maps could actually be finished!
