Actually, the juggernaut can be summoned, you just need enough space.
Search or a huge room and place yourself at least 3 meters above the floor; now the juggernaut appears, when you summon it.
type: summon marathoncreature.juggernaut
But beware or you will be blown away the same second.

One question:
I cannot summon the Sph't compiler creature.
Can anybody please tell me the command.
