A new version

Hello all,
Been visiting this site occasionally for a few months now. Wanted to download the game except that I saw that its only a demo. Is a new version being made? If so, when will it be ready? I'm only asking this because thus far none of the topics in the forums has addressed this issue and the What's New section of the site hasn't been updated for a while. Also, before I forget, will there be a final version? Or is this going to an ongoing project? Any transition to UT2k3/UT2k4? Thanks for your time.
