Physics Model Editor?

Hey guys. i am a huge fan of the marathon series, but i was wondering will there be a future "physics model editor" (came with original marathon to edit physics ingame) so we can make fun mods off of it? (like detmines [sphxer missile launcher] or funky fun-mode effects?) one time my friend and I made a cool physics mod that allowed players to use their flamethrower as a jetpack. is it possible for this mod? thanks for reading!
