SPEAK YOUR MIND
"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free
to move?"
"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as
metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course,
the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom,
as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning.
Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

KOTH post game report

Well, this Sunday was an all KOTH day. A fun brake from the EMFH games that we've played the other Sundays. Here's a tip on a great strategy that I employed for the whole evening:
Spaw (this is important, no spawning, no game), grab nearest Spnkr. Aim towards the hill fire both rockets and then charge while screaming "Geronimo" (this will alert the other players that you are coming, thus allowing them to move aside and reload their spnkrs). When you've almost reached the hill, slow down so that you can carefully position yourself almost on the hill and say "......moo?". Do not position you on the hill. Just almost. Being on the hill will acctually get you hill time. After being thorougly creamed by the others, you respawn, grab nearest Spnkr, aim towards the hill....
This tactic (called Charging Bull, theme by Herb Alpert btw) afforded me two beutiful minutes of hill time EVERY GAME! Of course, Djof, Et'he, Mad Cow and Tycho got about 5 minutes in the same games. But they were obviously cheating...
As always I had great time and, between the tears, I laughed all the time See you next week!
