SPEAK YOUR MIND

"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free to move?"

"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course, the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom, as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning. Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

: This would of course require modelling almost every
: single critter and weapon. If I could recruit
: Frigidman to help with an EVIL conversion I might
: consider it. However it would also be contingent upon
: the appearance of Macintosh editing tools (and you
: know what that means).

I've already polled Frigidman on whether or not he would be interested in redoing EVIL (or working on any other game) and his response was a definite "no." He said that if anyone was interested in redoing EVIL on their own, he's fine with that -- as long as they give proper credit :)

As far as editing tools on the Mac platform, that's never going to happen. Even Bungie abandoned the Mac in their development some time ago (as I understand it, Halo was the first game they developed entirely on the PC platform).
