Just allow alien weapons to be picked up as "ammo" by those players already in possession of one of the same type.
As for the Pfhor staff, it is cool to wield them Evil style and I hope one makes it somewhere into the M:R SP game. I still say the Pfhor projectiles should travel a bit faster.
