Woofy's Server Now A Democracy

My server has been once again back up and running for a few weeks now. Over the weekend I installed the MapVote mutator. It works for me, but in order to use it I had to enable downloads so people logging in could download it automagically. I am worried that in doing so I also made it possible for people who don't have the M:R mod installed to login and begin DLing big pieces of MR. This would kill the bandwidth. If anyone suspects that this is happening let me know and I'll see what I can do about it.
