1. red dots range in angle (from the origin) from 0 to 54 degrees (latitude?)
2. green dots range from -60 to -184 (longetude)?
3. red marks range from -51 to 51 (minutes + sign of latitude?)
4. green marks rangle from -40 to 57 (minutes + sign of longetude?)

Questions for the powers that be:
1. does this involve Socorro Island (300mi off Puerto Vallarte?
2. are the precise (within a degree) angles of the dots important?
