I can tell by your email that you're a Mac user (as am I) -- the problem is simple to fix.
Launch Stuffit Expander then choose Preferences from the menu. Select the PC/Mac File Conversion thingy and set it to NEVER. Then simply reexpand the .zip file that you've downloaded.
what happens is that stuffit attempts to convert the line feeds and whatnot from PC format to Mac and in so doing corrupts the file.
follow the above instructions and you're golden.
