$2000 seems like a more than fair price for this guy, whether or not you know – or care – about the historical plane that inspired it. This is a winner from Oris, which has long been a go-to brand among Swiss watchmakers producing thoughtfully designed products at prices that won’t leave you scratching your head.At 44.3 mm wide and some 15.9 mm thick, this is tani zegarki a big watch that arguably wears even larger than the numbers would suggest. While 16 mm isn’t crazy for an automatic chronograph with magnetic protection, the case back shape lifts the bulk of the watch off your wrist, making it feel bulkier. In steel, it's cute. In gold, it's full-on bold. But there's something undeniably attractive about the sparse dial, and marriage of black against the gold case. This watch speaks for itself – and I think it'll be every bit as big a hit as last year's color palette of Musts was.
