This is very strange. At work I have UT: Game of the year blah blah package and the uMOD installed just fine on there...however, if you ARE on a mac...there is little utility called the uMOD tool (get it at versiontracker.com). This will let you sort out through various MODs you have installed and either uninstall them or whatever..this should let you have it..of course..if you're on a PC then I'm not quite sure..but on a Mac it should work, since that's what I've been playtesting on at work.
