This bug has been unfortunately found before. WailOfSuicide is aware of the fact that there are several recharge stations that don't work, and I was fairly certain he wanted to fix them, but they haven't been done and a map pack hasn't been release. I will ask him to see if he's willing to release a map pack with a few bug fixes like these.
