Crashing on "Cold Fusion"

The game keeps crashing in the same place on "Cold Fusion".
After the 2nd pattern buffer (not the one nearest to the fusion pistol) you jump down into a dark room, then a lift platform lowers and you're swarmed by a mob of staff-wielding phfor and a single machinegunning trooper. After you've defeated them you ascend the on lift platform and to the left there's a bunch of stairs descending down to a corridor with a switch and a door at the end. At the end of this corridor, the game keeps crashing for me.

I'm using Unreal Tournament v436 w/ the enhanced OpenGL renderer available from here:-
