That's a pretty neat idea, though I doubt we would implement it for no other reason than I just don't think it's important enough for us to bother. To be honest, if Captain actually felt like doing that, I'd have no problem with it. The problem is that in the original Marathon, the teleportation from one map to another was a pretty fluent and smooth process, a process which is severely interrupted by UT load times, which we can't do anything about. Therefore, deliberately interrupting it to display the map level might not be such a bad idea, I just don't know if Captain is willing to do it...I'll ask.
