Project hasn't died, but progress from most everyone has come to a rather screeching halt. Net levels were never a huge concern, as they can be created independently of what goes on here now or whenever. The important part was always the single player stuff. By all means, make whatever you like, but at this point, things are being wrapped up as they are. If you have something that you can finish quickly, then I'd love to see it...Hope all is well...
