SPEAK YOUR MIND

"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free to move?"

"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course, the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom, as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning. Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

: good for you, but actually, the enemy placements for M1A1
: are NOT NOT NOT exact. For example, M1A1 has a blue
: hunter in Eupfhoria (the map I'm doing, n00bs).
: Everyone knows there's no blue hunters in Marathon
: one. And on some level, don't recall which, M1A1 has
: some pathways monsters shooting at you through the
: windows of an armory that you can never get to. This
: is preposterous.

: PS. by the way, progress for me is slow because of 5D
: errors (can anyone help me with those?) and school.
: And my Mom using the Mac too much so I can't place
: enemies. Ah well.

I'm sure a UT mapper, like Wolfchild, can explain this far better than I, but I believe the best way to correct 5D errors is to take a section of map that intersects another section and move it straight up or straight down so it no longer intersects. You Probably need to include a small section of the surrounding geometry with any lights that illuminate any part of the moved section. Then use a WarpZone to connect the moved section with the original area. You can open and look at Blaspheme Quarantine to see how this is done. HTH
