SPEAK YOUR MIND
"Does the distance one travels from center make one more free
to move?"
"No. Freedom has two parts: potential and resolution; as
metaphor has two parts: form and interpretation. Of course,
the two are intertwined. Metaphor lines the road to freedom,
as symbols and words are the bricks and mortar of meaning.
Freedom is being the bricoleur, the mason."

: If nobody is working on the level 25 map, I'm keen to
: make a start on this map (as it is close to the one
: I've just finished - 21) the idea here is to try and
: keep all the motifs I put into the game in the one
: "area" so not to look untoward.
This is probably a good idea. I realized that Shake Before Using wasn't in the MMC pack because Wolfchild sent it to SilentMan in 2002 (!!) and that slacker hasn't done anything with it, heh.
: One final thing: Tycho - I forgot to set the music track
: for level 21 when I sent it to you.
I finally got a chance to try out level 21. The level really looks great. There are a couple of spots (two) where there's a weird save terminal, or terminal texture on the poly just before a door, on the ceiling. This is, like I said, in two spots. Just look at the top of some of the doors, and you'll see what I mean. That doesn't seem right.
Also, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but after getting to the second terminal, none of the doors after that open for me. I've had to "ghost" my way through. Another small problem..the shield recharger doesn't make a sound or change texture to "charging" when activated. Otherwise, it really looks quite awesome. We have to do something about those static bad MADDs. Heh. Otherwise, Level 25 is yours to tackle. Thanks for the great effort!
