What version of Unreal Tournament can be used ?

I wanted to know if I can go out and get Unreal Tournament 2K3 and play this game or am I going to have to find an older version of the engine ? Is there a version of Unreal Tournament that is compatible with Marathon Resurrection that is also native to OSX ?
